This doggie dress-up costume is the Police costume.  It comes with a Hat that ties, a cape with adjustable neck and body ties.  Easy to put on, comfortable to wear costume for halloween pet parade.  The costume is blue (not brown, like in the picture.).  This costume also fits cats as well!!!!!
